Appointments

We run an appointment system in all the practices with a wide range of appointment times available from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

When you request an appointment, you will be given a time at which the doctor or nurse hopes to be able to see you. You should not wait more than 30 minutes in the waiting room without receiving an explanation for any delays.

Appointments can be made by either telephoning or calling into the surgery you normally attend.

Extended Hours

The practice offers additional appointments with the GPs outside our normal surgery hours. These additional opening times are by appointment only.

They are available:

5:30pm - 6:30pm Monday evenings

5:30pm - 6:30pm Tuesday evenings

5:30pm - 6:30pm Wednesday evenings

Please note that the practice is closed on Bank Holidays.

Patients are able to access a Patient Care Advisor by telephone from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that all incoming and outgoing telephone calls from the practice are recorded for training purposes.
