Registration

The practice catchment area is shown on the Practice Area tab of this page. Unfortunately we are unable to take patients who do not live within the practice boundary.

When you register with the Practice you will be asked to complete a registration form and provide proof of your address.

An  appointment will then be made for you to see the Healthcare Assistant. This will enable us to gain some basic information about your previous medical history and any medications that you are currently on.

It can take a couple of weeks to process your new registration and get your medical records from your old surgery. Please make sure that you have enough of your repeat medications from your old surgery to last until your registration with us is complete.

Patients are registered with the Practice, not with an individual GP, and patients can choose which Doctor they would like to see. The Practice does not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, appearance, medical condition etc.
